Accessibility Statement
Review Canopy aims to make its public website, business review pages, customer forms, and account features usable by people with a wide range of abilities, devices, browsers, and assistive technologies.
Current approach
The application uses semantic headings and labels, keyboard-operable forms and controls, visible focus states in core interfaces, text alternatives for meaningful images where supplied, responsive layouts, and status or error messaging intended to work with assistive technology. Review Canopy continues to review new and changed functionality for accessibility.
Business and third-party content
Businesses control some page text, colors, logos, images, links, coupon details, and third-party destinations. Review Canopy cannot guarantee the accessibility of business-supplied content, remotely hosted assets, Google, Microsoft, or external review platforms, but accessibility problems in Review Canopy-controlled interfaces should be reported.
Getting assistance
If a Review Canopy-controlled page creates an accessibility barrier, include the page address, the task you were trying to complete, the browser or assistive technology used if you are comfortable sharing it, and a description of the problem. Do not include passwords, authentication tokens, or unnecessary personal information.
